GoogleThe worst agency. I had a flat with thia agency for 5 years. Whenever i had problems with property, they will never reply on emails if you dont send it multiple times, or call them. Even when they reply, it is very difficult for a solution from them. Some times I had to take a private contractor to do some urgent work with boiler or electricity. And when you ask for a refund for the amount you paid, they will try to charge you for that, so be careful and avoid them. Also make sure you make plenty of photos and videos when you move in the property, because when you leave they will try to keep your deposit. They will charge for things you woudn't imagine. I was lucky and smart i had proof when I moved in and out, otherwise my deposit would be gone. Try to avoid renting from them, and in case you do, make sure to have proof for everything, or they will try to act smart and steal your money.
Rated 1 star only because i can't rate them lower.

Absolutely shocking organisation. They failed to give a permit parking to a resident and refused to explain why this was not issued when every other resident was recent issued one.
On confirmation and questions I asked Neil, one of the owners, claimed to not know anything. Or the procedures.
Questions were asked to confirm when refunds/ payments would be made but he avoided questions and instead accused me of being problematic.
This is a tiny example of how this company fails to be compliant, supportive out of numerous incidences that have taken place over the years.
They have no accountability, complete avoidance of responsibility.
Do not come here, as they are hugely prejudicial and terrible at their jobs.

I dont know how this agency is still operating ! I suggest you This is the worst estate agency you can find in UK and you gonna pay them to give you stress , anxiety and depression for months as they don’t respectany of their part of contract and they don’t care about their duties once the contract is signed. Me and my wifelast year rented thru them in Basing Way road in Finchley and we asked the flat to be unfurnished and they said that they gonna remove all furniture before we move in . The inventory of the house was done without our presence on keys handover day and the furnitures were still there when me got the keys . We got promised verbally that landlord will clear out the things very soon and its ridiculous because i had to help landlord’s stepdad to dismantle all beds and furntures to carry them in storage room outside the property and we moved in 2 weeks after the moving in date and no one reimbursed us because agency doesn’t care and as a reward we got hold of deposit for 3 months because we got charged for all the furnitures missing and paintings etc. while we left the flat better than we found it . They served us no fault eviction under section 21 only 9 days before the end of contract just because we asked for the flat to be repaired as we found before we moved in and we were promised that they will fix very soon when we moved in . The stress they caused us i wish no one else goes through because they’re totally unprofessional and their arrogance has no limits . We always paid on the exact date and we were never late for rent even 1 day . Even that it costed us money, depression and a ton of stress we thank God we’re not with them anymore. Sorry for the long text but this is not even 2% of what they caused to me and my wife and I don’t know if my review will be removed for ‘fake review’ as my wife’s review was removed but all im trying to do is to help people not to go what we gone through.

GoogleDo not deserve even 1 star. The advertisement was completely misleading. The photos showed a flat in perfect condition, but when I arrived, workers were inside and the entire flat was in a broken, unfinished state. Wasted my 2 hours.
The owner, Anthony, was extremely unprofessional and did not bother to answer basic questions. His attitude was disrespectful and showed no concern for potential tenants.
Avoid at all costs.

GoogleAVOID THIS AGENCY, IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR LIFE, FAMILY AND MENTAL HEALTH!
Me and my pregnant wife were evicted from the flat for asking agency owner Anthony Brennan to confirm in writing, that before we going to sign the contract for another year with massive rent increase, we would like our shower finally to be repaired, as landlord delayed it for all 12 months of us living there, let alone the fact, our first moving in was delayed by couple of weeks, with fake promises about "works to be done in the shower". No fault section 21 evction notice was probably the quickest and fastest thing they ever done! All other emails about the massive problems in the flat of 2k rent, or negotiations about the contract, would be picked up and responded not earlier than in 2-3 weeks!!!!
But listen to this- now they charging us the whole deposit over two thousand pounds, for the items, that were agreed to be removed from the flat prior our moving in. It is written by them black on white and its shocking how they lie into your face trying to steal your money and dragging the time! We are going to court to prove it, but for your own sanity- AVOID THIS AGENCY!

Google1 star is too much for this establishment, the worst estate agent known to man, I would not trust them at all, kept over 50% of out deposit for a small stain on the carpet, and charged us for a professional cleaning service at the end of the tenancy, when it was never cleaned when we first moved in, I got the entire flat pained before moving out but charges as for marks on the wall. They will invade your privacy with unannounced property visits and use the set of key they hold to gain entry.
Very very bad communication. I would head for the hills if I came across them again

GoogleTotally a scam company that they wash hands and they take off their shoulders the responsibilities and duties as an estate agency and they doesn’t care about any of your rights as a tenant even when you pay always your rent on time as a direct debit . They gave me and my wife eviction notice just 9 days before end of contract just because we asked landlord to fix the house which we were promised to be fixed before we moved in.
Guys if you want to pay for more headache , stress and depression they’re the right people to get involved with .

People need to know how this agency functions. Just a little example for you, TENANTS. As you will see in the pictures attached, before signing the contract, we asked to remove old metal bed frames. It was agreed. After a year, on the check out day, we received claims for the same rusted bed frames!!!! Also many more things, that are terrible, disgusting lies. Its been ages now and we are still in the process of claim, literally wasting time on things, that are obvious! The rest of the list will take too long to review here, but definitely have a look at the pictures of washing machine, that they considered ok for tenants to use. It was so old and molded, that had holes in the plastic. We bought new washing machine and left it in the flat as they wouldn't replace or remove molded one, but they decided, that molded crap, that was discontinued 2011, is worthy nearly FOUR HUNDRED POUNDS.AVOID THIS AGENCY LIKE PLAGUE!

GoogleI don't know where to start, I didn't know incompetence could be run this high!
We are tenants through Charles Anthony. There are some issues, but C. Anthony just don't bother to respond to those issues.
They explain to me that as a tenant i'm not their customer only the Landlord is. From my point of view as a tenant you should try to avoid these people but in special avoid any collaboration with Rebeca. She will promise you everything but give you nothing and is very slow to respond. My next step is to get in contact with the Landlord and then making a serious complaint.

GoogleI am tenant of one of their property for almost 3 years and always care about my flat and neighbours and always make it on time for payment. Recently i was looking for another flat from this agency for my brother unfortunatley they don't respect to customers at all and after viewing flat and accept the deals they said to us somebody put deposite after a week. How could be possible we were first viewer?! And we had deals about it. They wasting our time more than a week and even they didn't phone us to let us know about it. I just phoned them and asked them about it, so that's not fair! They are so slow to respond and this is annoying. We totaly disappointed!!!

We are disappointed to receive this complaint from you as we have had a successful tenancy with you for nearly 3 years with no issues. We appreciate that you are disappointed with the outcome of the rental your brother applied for but this has no impact on the service you have received to-date. Your brother offered below asking price and for a 2020 move-in (the property is available within a few weeks), whilst in discussion with the Landlord on this, the property remained available and another party made an offer to the Landlord for the correct price & move-in date. The Landlord made the decision on whom to rent their property too, not us as an agency. We hope that we can continue our good working relationship hereon.

the lettings agent, Gizem. She was so cold, unfriendly, nonchalant, just unprofessional. She even didn't bother showing me the flat. I had to view it by myself as she was on the phone and then in the hallway. I tried to engage the conversation but my questions seemed bothering her and seemed fed up to be there. Even not a "good bye" when I left. I would had made an offer if she was friendlier, but no way I would be able to collaborate with someone like her!

GooglePersonally experienced all the negative moments described in other reviews, which makes me feel that positive reviews are fake! Made an offer for rental property (asking price!) day after it appeared to be that offer was not even sent to landlord. After, I was offered to pay non-returnable deposit immediately - without seeing the agreement. NONE of the changes are impossible to made to the agreement so be careful, agreement of course covers to the fullest the agency and landlord. Wasted over a week of my time for such "negotiations" with Rebecca, who first seemed to be very friendly. None of the alternatives offered, agency never showed themselves caring about customers (no calling back, make you wait without any explanations for few days for the reply, your agent is away from the office for few days - no one covers her, now imagine if this your managing agency and you waiting for plumber, they don't have even the deadline how long the could deal with any issue). Horrible waste of time.

After viewing a property and wanting to make an offer to rent, we were told by the agent the requirement from the landlord is that we needed a guarantor for the property as I'd just started a new job. This was odd to me, I'd never had this issue before, and also as I alone earned more than the minimum earning needed to rent it. So with the addition of my girlfriend's wages - who earns more than me - there really shouldn't have been the need for a guarantor especially as they hadn't even attempted to perform a credit check or even take references!
