GoogleI have recently just moved into a new rental property with Tucker Gardner and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. Fenella suggested a house to me and was able to book me a viewing immediately and I was moved in a week later. She was so lovely and organised throughout the whole process and I’m so so grateful for all of her and her colleagues help!

GoogleI am glad to came across this agency, as they have shown genuine interest in helping me to find a place to rent. The market is very demanding, so letting agents are quite strict with you. James - the letting agent in Tucker Gardner, was very helpful, and resourceful. He didn't give up, and eventually we were able to secure me a home. I am happy to recommend to rent or buy with the help of the team of TG. 🙏🤍

GoogleSadly after some initial very good interaction with Lauren our whole house sale purchase via TG has been extremely painful. The property was never ready to go on the market, something that they were aware of prior to doing so would question why they agreed to market it in the first place. Eventually TG totally gave up on any involvement on the sale, stopped answering calls (or avoided them altogether), acknowledging emails etc. which is extremely unprofessional.

Total shambles. Told the agent the date we were moving out and had the house cleaned including carpets and windows. It all looked pristine when we left. However agent decided to leave it 3 weeks before going to do move out checks. Needless to say alittle dust had settled. And windows not pristine clean . Result is massive part of deposit kept. No recourse either as told to accept it as if you dont you could end up losing all deposit. I definately will not be using or recommending them again.

GoogleOne word for this team, "Outstanding" Owen the Branch Manager leads by example, professional, honest, responsive, and just as important, customer focused, and when he says he's going to do something he does it, as does his team. I have used 4 different Estate Agents in Ely in 20yrs, and TG are by far the best. They gave us a valuation that reflected the market and demand, and didn't undervalue it to get a quick sale. Excellent customer service and you feel they are really rooting for you and doing everything they can to make the process as stress free as possible. Graham, Owen and Lauren, all went above and beyond to help us and answer any questions we had (and we had a few). We were constantly updated with progress on both the sale and purchase and the whole process could not have been smoother because of them.
