Callum has been a superstar with helping me buy and view a house. He knows his stuff, he was so helpful when I was asking loads of questions about how shared ownership works etc which other estate agents/developers I have spoken with beforehand did not want to help me. Olivia was very courteous on the phone and professional. She arranged a viewing for the next day not just for the property we enquired about but a similar property near by. She came well prepared for the viewings and was very punctual. She was very professional in her appearance, attitude and general demeanor.
