Our staff have been chosen for their ability to provide a service tailored to your needs. When visiting or showing your home they will try to fully understand the reasons behind your proposed move and adapt our comprehensive marketing to suit your needs. Selling homes is not just about selling 'property'. It's about helping people make informed buying and selling decisions that are right for them and their family, or about holding a first time buyer’s or seller’s hand through to the completion of their sale or purchase. You can not sell property like a bag of sweets or even a second hand car. There are always 6-10 weeks up to commitment for the parties to change their mind, so the transaction has to be right and nurtured to conclusion. We make no overblown claims about our share of the market or how aggressively we ply our trade. More than 50% of our business comes from personal recommendation and our fall through rate is about half the industry average - now that is worth boasting about! When the time comes to sell your home, how do you decide which agent to go to market with? You have a wide choice of agencies and, on the surface, most appear to do more or less the same things in more or less the same way. Having bought our previous house through Clark homes we had no reservations working with them for our most recent sale. David, Barbara and the team went beyond the call of duty to make sure the house sale went through when faced with so many challenges. GoogleNice friendly staff who seem to be able to answer most questions to do with rentals and selling. Mr Clark himself is often there which adds a personal touch. GoogleThe worst agency, Do not buying from them. We had an offer accepted and sent over all of the requested paperwork. After paying thousands to my solicitor and mortgage broker I call the agent for an update as we had not received the contract only to be told they are now selling to someone else! Never once communicated this to me! This should be illegal. Will definitely be filing with The Property Ombudsman. The agents I dealt with the deceived me were Barbara & Ashley.
It is difficult to respond on a public forum to your comments. We are acting for the vendor, our client. We will comply with legislation. In this instance, no ‘Memorandum of Sale’ was issued because of a lack of response on your part. We made contact with your solicitor who advised they had not received instructions from you to act on the purchase. In view of this our clients chose to proceed with an alternative buyer. GoogleWe have been with the Company since the beginning of the Pandemic until recently we brought a house in Ely. We had to move in the last trimester of my wife preganancy, Don and the Team have taken great care of us: from searching, referencing, paperworks, to all repairngs, such a seamless handover between two lovely houses! We built great connections even after moving out. Now, coindently out childminder brought a house through the Company and they will work out another let/rent soon. You can expect all professional and efficiency, as well as friendliness and closeness from Don and the Company. Don/David Clark&Company will our first contact when we need to let or buy again.

GoogleDavid Clark & Co. are TOP CLASS agents! We have rented through them for the past 4 years & it has been the best renting experience for us. Don has taken good care of us from day one, from finding us a rental home during stressful Covid times to us then needing to move again (due to the landlord selling) and him finding us a replacement home really quickly. He genuinely cares for his tenants. Any maintenance issues are resolved swiftly. We cannot thank him enough. Highly recommended!
