If I could give a 0 here I would.I contacted Birmingham office and spoke to a Mr Charles Shephard.He came out to have a look and said he would email back a valuation the next day.One week later he said he would send it immediately and still no email.After 10 days I called him and he gave me the valuation over the phone and said he would not need to send the email.How unprofessional is that. Sadly he has not responded to emails or phone calls and voicemails left over a week now.Beware.

The team at Knight Frank ( Mark Batty, Eleanor Davis, Ruby Goddard and Jason Chu) have been excellent in getting some great tenants for me during the lockdown. They have ensured that the process of these overseas tenants occupying the flat ran smoothly especially during these difficult times. The property managers Ruby and Jason have liased with the tenants in regards to any issues in a timely manner and respond to my emails within a day. GoogleFor what was a protracted and complicated property sale included within that estate of a late relation, it was a important to engage with an Agent that had the relevant empathy, management and commercial skills. Adam was a consummate professional and assisted proactively with market and client offer updates, necessary information for the solicitor and beneficiaries. A professional landlord with 2 of my residential properties with Knight Frank and managed by Kasia Zelazko.For me it is imperative that I have a property manager who is efficient and provides a genuinely professional service - and this is what I get with Kasia.When you pay a management fee you need to get a commensurate level of service, KF through Kasia are achieving a high level of service for me and supporting the tenants in a timely and sensible manner so all parties are happy!I thoroughly recommend.
