Stay away! Such an unprofessional agency. Our agent gave the landlord the wrong offer multiple times even though he had our offer in writing. We’ve moved in 3 weeks ago and still have not received our second set of keys. So so unprofessional. By far the worst agency I’ve ever had to deal with

He is prompt at replying to his emails , he is professional , polite and sorts out any issues or problems with my rented property . I do not need to worry about my tenant/ property as I know Phillip with his exceptional work ethic will look after them .
