GoogleIf you want the best from your Estate Agent you have to choose the best and Premier Estate Agents are definately that. A good agent makes you feel like you are their only customer and thats the service i received. I was assigned to work with James Beech, Sales Manager who worked proactively with me in finding a buyer for my home and also selling us our dream home.. now that's an Estate Agent! His customer service and communication skills were fantastic and exceeded my very high expectations! James local knowledge and personality was definately an asset. He maximised every contact who was interested in my property and kept in regular contact with me, always returning my calls and believe me i made plenty of them... did i mention i was demanding! lol... This agency is not one that piles you with brochures and hides behind databases when you go in, for starters they all smile.., they listen and they deliver on their promises... so if you are overwhelmed by who to choose from the large number of EA's on the high street in Little Sutton, pop into Premier Estate Agents and get the sale you're looking for.... our property sold within a couple of months and James was there every step of the way right to the end with both my sale and new purchase and took the stress away from can be an exhausting process. Big Thanks to James and his team from Amanda and Paul Ledwith

GoogleI have recently rented out my house through Premier Estate and Letting Agents, they have been absolutely amazing!! I would definitely recommend them to anyone. They are extremely hardworking, and have a great team. Any issues that came up were immediately resolved. I barely had to do anything, as they organised everything for me. The first time I spoke to Premier, I walked down Chester Road, Little Sutton on a bank holiday. All the estate agents were closed, except for Premier, in there was the Lettings Manager working away with a broken leg, on her day off. If that does show dedication, I don’t know what is. 100% will recommend to anyone!!! I will enjoy to keep working with them in the future.
Thank you for taking the time to write this lovely review.

GoogleI have used a few different agents for house sales recently and these have been by far the best. Realistic and honest valuations. Sold two houses for me in little over a week. In my opinion what really sets them apart is the service between sale agreed and completion - Premier do an excellent job of chasing up everything and constantly keep me updated. They work hard to keep the process running smoothly. James and all the team are highly efficent and proffesional - I would strongly recommend them to any of mt family and friendsPositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism
Thanks for your review James, as always a pleasure doing business with you. Looking forward to the next one.

GoogleWent to veiw property, but as large steps not shown in pictures, told it was tough s %%%, and one look at sister told good bye then , seriously bad attitude towards disabled people
Dear Peter. I'm not too sure if you are getting us mixed up with someone else. I distinctly remember our interaction on that day, witnessed by a very shocked vendor too. As it had been raining, the vendor politely asked you to remove your shoes which you refused to do. After telling us to "forget it then" you then promptly walked away. Also, the main photo of the property used clearly displays the whole of the front of the building including the steps which are also painted red. As a company, we advocate equal rights and opportunities and support a non discriminative environment for all.
