Bought my home in Jun'21 and had the usual snags and such, but the guys on site, especially Gaz were incredibly helpful in getting everything sorted around my schedule. House is a great size and some nice features I wasn't expecting so have to say I have zero complaints!!

After sales shocking at Victoria Mills site. After 8 months house full of crack and snags not completed. We were told we had to maintain them ourselves as it's expected once the plaster sets. 2 year warranty is a scam. Absolutely ridiculous.

Hi, we're really sorry to read this review, some shrinkage cracks in a new build home are to be expected, caused as your home dries out. However, if these are wider than a £1 coin or get bigger over time, please do get in touch with Customer Services who will be happy to help. Whilst your developer warranty doesn't cover everything in your home, we will investigate and resolve anything that is a build defect. We hope this helps.
