We bought an Anwyl home at Udall Grange in stone and will never buy another new build from this company again. ‘Family run business’ we were told...had nothing but problems. Terrible customer service, filthy when we moved in, 67 pages of snagging...I could go on. Really disappointed in what should have been our dream home, avoid at all costs!!! 😳

Avoid.Sales team is not professional.Make sure you write every issue you can spot on the document the day you collect the keys.It's hard to get the snags fixed. And you need to keep chasing customer "care".They always hide behind NHBC, so they don't fix the issue.Site manager won't care about residents.

Have taken ages to get this done and should have be done before we moved in but Chris did an excellent job removing all the mortar from our windowsills and cleaning up the upvc ones too.
