Contacting a lawyer is always at some kind of challenging time - they know that and do what they can to make it easy.

GoogleBringing all aspects of our will, power of attorney etc together. The service from beginning to end was friendly, easy to understand, competent, nothing too much trouble. Waited a while for some results to come back but on telephoning was treated in a courteous and non condescending manner. Would recommend for legal services; whatever they may be.

GoogleHarper Macleod dealt with the sale of my house effectively and swiftly. Susan Shand in particular was helpful and supportive. She made a stressful experience as bearable as possible and was there to advise even out of hours. I cannot speak too highly of this estate agency and law firm.

GoogleAn absolute disgrace of a company. They are uncontactable even after handing out three numbers to be contacted at. Never anyone at their reception to answer a call, nothing but answer machine on all numbers supplied and then they never get back to you. I have now been dealing with them for nearly a year and absolutely disgusted by how I have been treated and the amount I will end up paying. I shall be putting a formal complaint into the ombudsman if I ever get free of this incompetent crowd.
