GoogleReally happy with the service throughout received from the Elgin office, with special thanks to Michelle and Shannon who made our house purchase a lot smoother. Throughout the process they were very approachable and ensured that we were kept up to date. Additionally, their knowledge of the military Forces Help to Buy scheme also made that process a lot easier. I would certainly recommend their services and will use them again in the future.

Constantly updated throughout the purchasing process with any professional correspondence generated swiftly at every juncture for our approval and sent on to the relevant authority. GoogleTerrible service I sold my property and bought a new one from Harper Macleod. Every step of this was extremely unorganised and stressful . Communication was terrible. I'd receive emails at closing time so they wouldn't reply even left my details for a manager to call me which they didn't. From the day I put my house on the market till collecting the keys for my new property the sevice was terrible . The staff have zero concern about you or your situation and are nothing short of incompetent. Every single update that I eventually received I had already found out on my own .it's has been a huge carry on from start to finish was given 2 dates to move house that hadn't even been communicated to the buyer of my property and arrangements for moving were made and had to be canceled cost me even more . Avoid at all Costs and save yourself alot of stress and grief. I would not recommend or use them again

GoogleBeing first time buyers we were unsure of the whole process involved in purchasing a property. Rebecca was extremely helpful and patient answering our questions in a timely fashion and going through all relevant paperwork clearly. This made the whole experience less stressful and made us feel we were in good hands. I would highly recommend Harper Macleod to anyone looking for a good solicitor.
