I have had Watt Property fully manage my 3 flats in Edinburgh for nearly 4 years now and I could not be more happy with the service they provide. Always quick, friendly, helpful and efficient with email/telephone communication, very thorough with their property marketing and tenant vetting/checks. They always seem to find the perfect tenants who end up staying in the flats for a long time and who treat the properties very well, not to mention a very fair but competitive pricing structure both with regards to the current rental market and commission for the full management service. Special mention to both Pauline and Bethany, they both always go the extra mile and keep me fully informed of any developments with regards to my properties. Would never hesitate to recommend Watt property to anyone, they are a great, knowledgeable team who really strive to offer the best service possible.

Watt Property Management is by far the most professional property management firm I have come across. They offer a bespoke and personalised service of a quality I have not come across before in this sector. The staff at Watt Property Management are always friendly and helpful and it is refreshing to be able to hand over your property and have complete peace of mind that it is in capable hands. From experience Watt property management are also much better informed on the legal aspects of letting a property than their rivals, who seem positively ignorant in comparison. We continue to do so for a number of reasons including the following. 1.We have complete trust in the Company and its highly skilled and personable employees. 2.The Marketing Procedures are exemplary. Our property has been extremely well presented by the team with attention to the smallest detail, for example, dressing the rooms and even moving furniture to maximise space. Their advertising makes use of the most current up-to-date technologies. 3.The maintenance of the property has always been at a high standard, ensuring that our rights as owners and those of our tenants are upheld. This has been done through due attention and diligence to rules, regulations and standards. Where maintenance work has been necessary this has been done quickly by their efficient team of local tradespeople. 4.We cannot praise highly enough all aspects of their communication from the more complicated legal and financial aspects to the smallest matters. Based on my experience with various property agents, Watt Property is by far the best. Every interaction I have had with their agents have been nothing but positive: They are friendly, approachable and professional. When booking a viewing for a flat, they were exceptionally accommodating: They allowed me to pick whichever day suited me, and one of their agents gave me a private viewing of the flat. Not only that, the flat was in immaculate condition and was exactly like the advertisement pictures showed, which is a truly rare experience. They are quick to respond to any issues that come up, and they are quick to resolve them. I cannot recommend Watt Property highly enough.

Watt Property have provided excellent service as both a letting agent and a selling agent. I was a reluctant landlord when I originally let out my flat. I contracted Watt as my property manager after a period of trying to do it all by myself, as I found it stressful and difficult. I was really impressed with the service. The staff are friendly and their knowledge and professionalism made me a happier landlord knowing that the flat was in good hands, the tenant was respected, and my instructions were understood. They provided clarity and honesty to both me and my tenant, promptly dealt with any problems, and communicated updates regularly. I found the charges agreed for the management were fair and in line with other similar property businesses. However, the benefit of the excellent service and knowledge have made the transaction really good value for me as a landlord. The feedback I got from my tenant was also really positive. I also marketed my property for sale through Watt. I followed their advice and have since agreed a sale for a price and within the timescale they predicted.

Dealt with Watt Property during a letting of a flat last year and have nothing but good things to say about the company. Throughout our time in the property, from viewing to moving out, Watt were helpful, polite, easy to contact and extremely quick to deal with any problem we had. For instance after we first moved in we had an issue with a leak in the bathroom that was not caused by our flat but the property above. Rather than say it was nothing to do with them Watt were instantly on top of it and made sure the problem was sorted on our behalf, and it was resolved within a couple of days. When moving out Watt were still eager to make sure it was as painless as possible and were very accommodating with dates. Would be delighted to deal with Watt Property again.

This company is marvelous - You can DIY these days but these folks genuinely care and look after you with experience and a tenacity to get things sorted ... and quick - and when things go wrong - especially if you have other things to cope with in life - these folks step in calmly - then using their experience and professionalism (that suffers no nonsense) and will have it dealt with without fuss - and they charge a fair rate for doing so ..... never using difficult circumstances to charge you huge amounts - very trustworthy!
