The staff is very professional and considerate towards their tenants. Any problems would be promptly looked at and sorted. My landlords were amazing. We had over 12 years experience with Watts and found them to be very helpful with everything. Any problems that did arise were dealt with in a very timely manner and we were kept informed about everything. The inspections that are done are purely to check on the status of the property and to ensure that if there are any issues even the ones you may not have noticed, like the seal in the shower gets repaired/replaced straightaway. Pauline & Co in the office are lovely and very professional. When we vacated the property we had no issues over getting our deposit back (we were surprised at how quickly it was returned to us). I would recommend them to anyone.

Pauline and Co are absolutely brilliant at what they do. They were responsible for letting and selling our flat and did both superbly. They know their business well and found us the perfect tenant very quickly. They then went on to sell the property when it was time to do so and found us a purchaser quickly who also kept the tenant in place, meaning no one lost out. If you're looking for professional letting and sales agents look no further than Watt. We previously tried selling our flat through Warners and had one viewer in a year. With Watt they target the best market and found us a buyer very quickly.

They were one of the worst people we have ever dealt with. When we moved in there was many problems (the freezer was covered in mild, the washing machine dyed clothes blue and the dishwasher wouldn't close) and it took weeks for them to get it all fixed, never mind the problems with mice that we were told was our problem even though other tennents in the block had a problem as well. We were constantly hassled by them with them coming for inspections where we were told that we weren't allowed to have dishes drying on the drying board and I was hassled because the clothes in my storage(which I had to buy because the wardrobe was falling apart) wasn't folded to their standard. Then when we did move out, we we're told that we weren't allowed our whole deposit back because the sink in the kitchen was 'blocked' even though we hadn't had a single problem with the sink the whole time we were there.

The worst agency we have dealt with. We were hassled the entire time with frequent inspections and we were picked on for having the curtains closed and in winter we were picked on for having the windows closed as well. The windows had mould and we had cold draft coming in as the seal was not proper we asked them to do it a year back but that was never done.At the end of the tenancy we were asked to pay for professional cleaning even thogh the house was perfectly clean and we were never told to have it professionally cleaned wither in the contract. When we raised the issue they were rude and they threatened us to charge 200 pounds if we went were to raise a dispute, when all we could have done is raised it online which we were never told. Its nearly a month since we left the property and we still have not got our deposit back. The worstand unprofessional letting agency. Stay clear of them if you value a quite and enjoyable time in your rental property

When I moved to the USA recently I had decision to make about who I would have manage my property. I chose Watt Property as they were close to my property and because they answered my questions in a knowledgable way. The experience for the most part has been first class and I have since recommended them to friends without hesitation. The company seems to have a good balance of managing my interests and that of the tenants. If you are new or experienced landlord I recommend them.

This agency is not willing to go the extra mile for tenants. They serve only the benefits of the landlords. They had the audacity to tell me that the landlord is not going accept us because I questioned their requirements.
