Cannot recommend Warners enough! From start to finish, we met with a few agencies as advised to do and found Warners to be the clear choice. Their photography, service and response speed was second to none the whole way through the process and nothing felt too much trouble. Caitlyn Meaney handled our sale with ease, providing great advice and market knowledge whenever we needed some extra reassurance or guidance. Even with an unfortunate sale fall through, Warners handled the whole situation with ease, getting the flat back on the market and finding another buyer without skipping a beat. We got the same great offer we accepted previously and completed within 6 weeks of closing date! I wouldn’t hesitate to use Warners in future, or recommend to others looking to sell (and have already done so!). After some research and checking out reviews on estate agents I decided to choose Warmers estate agency for the sale of my Edinburgh house. I could not have been happier with the result, the sold my house within 10 days. They were very professional, responsive and the process was quick and easy. They were excellent in bringing my stress levels down and kept me calm in what I found to be a difficult time . Ellen my Warner’s solicitor was excellent in explaining the process of the sale , very professional and helpful. During the last week of the sale going through , Scott Brown one of the partners step in when Ellen was sick . If you need a first class solicitor he’s your man . Very impressed how he closed the sale for me . He returned me calls within minutes, took the time to explain how things worked, just the best. I highly recommend this company.

We have recently used Warners for the marketing and sale of our current home and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. The team have been fantastic - quick responses to our questions/requests, very helpful and informative throughout each stage of the process and overall just taking good care of us during what is typically quite a nerve wracking process. Our sales manager Louise has been especially great. We felt she always had our best interests in mind and her guidance throughout has been invaluable. Appalling experience as a buyer with one negotiator who makes no attempt to negotiate and uses dismissiveness, bordering on contempt, as her main approach. I would like to request a substitute negotiator to deal with our offers, one who understands the importance of being courteous and respectful to buyers and is also prepared to answer reasonable questions put by a buyer who is completely new to the Edinburgh market.

If you want clear and easy to understand information from an very nice and relatable person - ask for David Elder to visit your property. I had 5 other agents visit my home and David was head and shoulders above the rest. He understood all my concerns and set my mind to rest with realistic advice and expectations. Very refreshing. Then just hope your file lands on the desk of Louise MacRae. A more professional, kind and proactive woman I have yet to meet.
