Amazing service and went above and beyond. April Harper at the Portobello branch was a star ⭐️. To cut a long story short, we went under offer very quickly but when that fell through April contacted all the people who wanted to view and got them in to view our property so quickly that we where under offer again within 9 days with our Sold sign up by 11 days. We got more than we anticipated for our property and the schedule and photos on the ESPC were amazing. Would definitely recommend Warner’s they kept us informed and advised at all times. Emma Meechan has also been amazing with correspondence and helping us negotiate through the selling process. Again fab service.

Have just sold a second house using Warners and the process has been seamless all the way through. Warners kept me right all the way through and arranged and managed all viewers meaning a stress free sale. April Harper & Emma Meechan at Warners were so professional, helpful and proactive which made things so much less stressful than anticipated. Also like to mention Stuart Quate who was brilliant in helping with the purchase side of things too. All in all, a very preofessional and well organised company.

I have both bought and sold property with Warners recently and I can highly recommend them. The service was fantastic and I was given great advice by solicitor Scott Brown when buying my new home and sales negotiator Rachel Curran when selling my old home. Also playing a vital part were Alan Hamilton, Ami Bowmaker and Anne Guthrie who made everything so easy, from the valuation to organising viewings to supporting the legal side of things. My property took only 1 week to sell and from the point I called to say I was ready to go to market to the point I accepted the offer was incredibly quick as everyone at Warners was so efficient and on top of everything. Couldn't be more pleased to have gone with Warners although my cousin, who has used them many times, recommended them so I knew I would be in safe hands. So it's now back to Scott to finalise the sale of my old home and I know he will sort it all out brilliantly!

Bought a home through warners only to be disappointed to find out things about the sale they didn't inform us during the process. I had expected a proper service from them to notify me of any interesting rules within title of deeds and other paperwork which as a first time buyer I may need to know but they failed me on this aspect. I felt like their service is below standard. Only seems to be interested in taking as much work and making money, not really striving for great service. Having used various services offered by Warners over many year's I recently sold my house through them and was yet again highly impressed with the level of service provided with communication by all staff from start to finish second to none. As well as being highly efficient and professional they also have that very special human touch of making a connection with client's, just being friendly and compassionate in what has been a tricky year for us all!
