GoogleBought a home through warners only to be disappointed to find out things about the sale they didn't inform us during the process. I had expected a proper service from them to notify me of any interesting rules within title of deeds and other paperwork which as a first time buyer I may need to know but they failed me on this aspect. I felt like their service is below standard. Only seems to be interested in taking as much work and making money, not really striving for great service. I am now looking for a different solicitor and agent to sell and buy my next home.NegativeQuality, Value

GoogleHaving used various services offered by Warners over many year's I recently sold my house through them and was yet again highly impressed with the level of service provided with communication by all staff from start to finish second to none. As well as being highly efficient and professional they also have that very special human touch of making a connection with client's, just being friendly and compassionate in what has been a tricky year for us all! My property was on the market and sold in a week involving many viewing's and a lot of work which was handled with ease with standard's never slipping. High praise and high recommendation's if you need a solicitor & estate agent Warners are the people!!
Thanks so much for the kind review Michelle. I'll make sure to pass on your feedback to Rae and the rest of the team. Delighted to hear that everything went well and do just let us know if there is anything else that we can do.

GoogleI can't fault anything in the service I have received from Warners whilst selling my flat. Everyone involved was very professional and inspired confidence in the company. From the initial contact with Nick Adams who provided an excellent initial cost breakdown. Valuation by Avril Hislop, Marketing by Lauren Burt, and Sales Negotiation by Michelle Brownlee. Many thanks to you all for handling this so well.

GoogleI have used Warners to sell a jointly owned property in Edinburgh last year and also buy a new one and they have been fantastic throughout the whole process. I would have no hesitation to recommend them. From evaluating and photographing the property to sell at a great price over managing finances with the other party all the way to advising me how much to offer for my new property, negotiating on my behalf and then completing all the paperwork afterwards. Excellent service from start to finish and everyone I dealt with was really lovely as well.
