I recently sold my flat with Warners, first class service from start to finish, I couldn't fault the team throughout the process, hence the 5 star review.

Nicola at Warners provided excellent support in buying our first home. We weren't familiar with the Scottish system, and she provided very good advice in terms of the home report etc.

An absolutely outstanding service from beginning to end. We cannot recommend Warner's highly enough. Throughout the process of selling our home we have had "a warm cosy" feeling that the staff at this agency were ever ready to look after and guide us. We are so grateful. Particular thanks to Tzayna, Amy and the ever so kind and attentive, Michelle.

I cannot thank Warners, and particulary Simona, enough for guiding me through the sale process of my home. Everything was organised so easily - from photographer to missives. I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone buying or selling ... and has no idea how to do it! They will sort it all with ease.

Have had a great experience with Warners, throughout the sale of my property with April Harper to the buying of a new property with Peter Moore! Everyone involved has been clear, friendly and advised appropriately. Recommend!

Having being a first time buyer there was alot of uncertainty with the process, until I started working with Nick from Warners. He was most helpful and the effort was all I could have asked for, so I highly recommend using their solicitor service for anyone who is looking to buy a property.

Great service from the estate agency and legal teams. Rae has been very helpful and readily available. She helped us to secure an offer in time to progress with our purchase. Holly from the legal team is equally helpful and explains clearly everything we need to know. Look forward to finishing the sell and purchase with the team.

This is the second time my wife and I have used Warners. Again, it was a very good experience. They, as a team, are always there to help you through your buying and selling experience. Everyone is so welcoming and helpful.

We had a very good experience in both buying and selling with warners. Everyone we worked with was friendly and helpfuly. Any queries we had were answer quickly. Finally their marketing for selling my flat was good. We had lots of interest quickly and sold within 18 days. We would definitely recommend

Receptive solicitors and work well to see your property. On settlement day good communications and the week prior allowing missives to be signed earlier due to work. Would recommend compared to other solicitors!

Anyone looking for a professional, friendly company to sell or buy your property, Warners are the company to do that. They will advise you from start to finish and always have your best interest at the heart of what they do. Nicola Norman and Michelle Brownlee have been outstanding from the start, nothing was ever too much trouble. Cannot recommend Warners enough.

We recently sold our house in Willowbrae, Edinburgh through Warners Solicitors & Estate Agents are were very impressed with the team looking after us. The survey, photographs and viewings were handled well and we were kept informed of developments throughout. We would recommend Warners to anyone selling their property. Disappointed by the service received by Jazmin (among others) at Warners. Pros: They're friendly. Cons: - There have been slopppy errors in communication, including repeatedly referencing the wrong property address and getting our names wrong in emails. Pretty basic stuff to get wrong on multiple occasions. - Also, there have been lenghy response times to emails sent in, out of office returns midway through email trails with no warning or handover from the person you're speaking with and then I have had to repeatedly prompt for updates on progress. All-in-all they've added stress to what is already a stressful process! There are quite a few positive reviews here, so probably best to view my experience along with the others, but I wouldn't be likely to recommend them or use them again. Update: Catherine at Warners definitely improved my view. As soon as soon as she took over the transaction everything went really smoothly, kept us up to date and felt like a safe pair of hands!

We had Nick Adams as our solicitor, he was super informative and helped us through the whole process. He would offer to go through the home report with us and breakdown what costs to expect with properties. I highly recommend his services and knowledge to any first-time buyer.

Used Warners when purchasing my flat - they stepped in last minute as I was really unhappy with the solicitor I had started with. In a matter of hours they had done more work than the first one did in 10 days! Taylor who was my allocated solicitor was really helpful, thorough and got back to me immediately everytime.
