GoogleNot very professional, leaving clients waiting whilst they "look for" documents that they seem to have lost. It's been days, I've called multiple times, and not even to call back after telling me they would. Not a single moment of respect for me as a client. Outrageous.

GoogleIn general estate agents do not add any value whatsoever - they really only put adds on websites (which outrageously private persons cannot, at least not on the main sites) and take phone calls. Simpson & Marwick managed to do both badly.

Mention to Simon,Senior Property Consultant,and Suzanne our solicitor for excellent communication and quick response making the whole process a lot less stressful.Thankyou also to the office staff too.Highly recommend.
