May be I was unlucky to get Michael as the point of contact from Rettie or its the whole branch that's absolutely a nightmare to deal with. I hope the first one is true but honestly have never come across any service so unprofessional in my last 10 years of stay within UK.I was with them for 3 years and hope never again I need to contact them.

GoogleContact with Georgina Sneller and found her to be patient, understanding and not pushy. As I have mentioned to her, as soon as all is wrapped in the courts, I will be arriving in Scotland. Terrible service, tried to get a mortgage via one of their advisors. Never got back to me, have a mountain of emails chasing her constantly. This also happened to another family member with the same mortgage advisor. Would never recommend the mortgage service unfortunately.
