Portolio did not only liaise with the vendor and the property management company for all viewings, all additional information about the property, but when it was finally decided to put an offer in he negotiated a reasonable discount, which was then promptly agreed at a fixed price. Portolio was a real helping hand in the whole process finding good properties and avoiding offers over, highly recommended, have already used again, a real understanding of the whole market was very helpful

Working with Chris and Ross at Portolio to sell my tenanted property was the best decision I could have made. From the outset they provided me with balanced fact based information, which allowed me to decide that selling the property with the tenant in place would make the best financial and practical sense for me.
