GoogleAwful experience. Totally untrustworthy. 2 members of staff in Folkestone office giving false information. Would never use this company

We are disappointed to see that you have left a one star review against our property department. This is completely inappropriate as you had no dealings with our property department. Our conveyancing team acted for you in a purchase transaction and according to the file this was completed in a satisfactory manner. We don’t want to discuss your confidential information on the transaction in a public forum so can you please contact our Client Relations Partner directly at mail@neilsons.co.uk with a note of the points you consider justify a one star review and we will be happy to discuss them with you on a one to one basis.
