Bad, bad, bad. Don't fall for low rates; you will get what you pay for. Mov8 used a wrong pricing strategy for the sale of our property. They don't give you direct access to the dedicated handler for the sale, they make mistakes in the ad and then take ages to correct them. The legal team is even worse and all you hear from the solicitor is 'I have other deals to close' and 'I sent them an email, what more do you want me to do?'. When I went to Mov8 office to sign the final paperwork for the sale of my property, the solicitor didn't even offer a handshake, let alone a cup of coffee or a glass of water. Perfectly sums up Mov8, the Ryanair of estate agents. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

I have been very impressed with MOV8 from my first dealings with them. From the assessor who came out to assess my property and give me advice on the selling and buying process, to the photographer who took photographs of the property, the surveyor appointed to value my property and all of the MOV8 staff I have had dealings with, I can honestly say that each and everyone of them has acted in a professional, yet friendly manner, taking time to explain anything that I did not quite understand along the way. The staff are friendly, patient and informative and I was very impressed about how prompt and efficient they were in keeping me up to date on all developments. Moving house can be a stressful experience but the MOV8 team have gone above and beyond to make sure that this process was as stress free as possible for me. I would highly recommend them to anyone thinking of selling or buying property.
