Poor overall

Some aspects of the service were good, but some were very bad indeed, and caused considerable stress and hassle. Good communication from the sales team whilst conducting viewings, but very poor communication from the conveyancing team, which resulted in a delay to the sale of our property. Problematic for us, but could have had much bigger consequences if we'd had a longer chain.

terrible service and completely disjointed. a friend of mine travelled a good way for a viewing to be told by the seller that they had accepted an offer. when he called mov8, he was told that they did not feel it was worth telling him as they thought he was probably on his way already and that he may as well go and have a look.
