Everything just went so smoothly. Tracy McAlpine was especially helpful with the Paralegal stuff that I struggled to understand at times, and she was so fast with replying to emails and requests. It really put my mind at ease. Would really recommend Mov8, it almost felt too smooth to be true but we are sat in our dream home and it really went wonderfully!

Generally speaking they were very good. The selling part worked well and the online portal was handy. Post sale it was very difficult to speak to the person nominated person handling the legal side which was very frustrating especially as missives were only agreed 3 days before sale date. Purchase side was more efficient. That aside, would probably use again.

In the meantime, it is worth noting that missives are typically not concluded these days until much later in the process than even just a few years ago.
