We used for purchase only. Overall we feel this company most likely does better selling than buying.Communication on the whole was poor. Extremely slow in concluding missives leading to last minute panic and an expensive wasted trip to Edinburgh. We planned a viewing to measure up but this was refused because our solicitor had been so slow. We were cash buyers so no chain and really no excuses. Disappointing.

Mov8 offered a brilliant service. We were allocated a Case Manager, Stephen Dickson who supported us throughout the entire process, which turned out to be lengthy through no fault of the solicitor.
