I had the incredible luck to work with Daniel when starting my house- hunting journey and have to say I am very impressed and happy how efficient and straightforward he and his colleagues have been when dealing with all sorts of situations! He has always been clear whenever I needed more information and wanted to know how the process was going! MOV8 have also supported us and showed understanding after our first two failed attempts at purchasing and continued believing in us that we will find a property. I am really happy how quick and smooth the process was and how clear and explanatory all the information they provided was! Very professional people and incredible sevice! I fully recommend using their services!

Fantastic service

Fantastic service. Simple, straightforward and kept in the loop for the entire process.Honestly can't recommend these guys enough. Tracy was an angel and made something that could have been really messy and complicated very simple and pain free. Hopefully I'll never move again but if I do I know who I'll be going to.

Mov8 is excellent

The sensitivity with which our rep treated us as we went on the prolonged journey that included disappointment and upset. The perseverance she showed in chasing down all the information we asked for.Giving us a little bit more than we expected on the customer service side of thingsThe good communication lines that have remained open from the start. All these things have meant that our experience of Mov8 has been excellent.

Mov8 - Professional and Easy to Talk to

Mov8 helped me sell and move into a new build property. They were very professional, helpful, transparent and easy to get a hold off. With the stress of a house move, getting a hold of the team is the last thing you wanted to worry about and Mov8 were excellent at getting back to me and answering my questions. They did a great job working with my buyers solicitor to get the deal done in time. This is all done at a competitive rate as I did have quotes elsewhere. It was my first time using Mov8 and I thought I was taking a risk but I am happy that I did!

Extraordinary service in the most trying of circumstances. Stephen went far beyond the extra mile to ensure we closed the deal. His patience, tenacity and professionalism allowed completion where I am sure others would have failed. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Unacceptable No-Show for Scheduled Viewing

No one showed up for my scheduled viewing, and despite my efforts to contact them, I received no response as it was outside working hours. This is completely unprofessional and a total waste of my time. I expect basic courtesy and proper communication when appointments are arranged.

Mov8 sold my flat in West Lothian within a fortnight of it being on the market. Robbie Cameron and Amy Docherty made sure the process ran smoothly and I was aware at all times what was happening. Will definitely be using you again in the future when my partner and I buy our new house.

We have sold twice now with Mov8 and we couldn't be happier with the service. Everything is done in a professional and timely manner, and processes explained in plain English. I hope not to be moving house again for a very long time, but if I do I would certainly use Mov8 again.
