Really easy to buy and sell with Mov8. Both my agents Alex and Scott were really really helpful throughout and kept up good communication. They reassured me when I was worried about things and advised me when I wasn't sure which choice to make. I've both sold my flat and bought a new home in about 3 1/2 weeks which has been great. GoogleUsed Mov8 for conveyance to buy my first home. Was assigned a trainee solicitor who never met us, never shared any update with us. Just no personal touch. Kept everything till the last date. We didn’t know we would get the house until the last hour. We being new to the property market had a few questions and doubts. When we asked our solicitor who was our personal solicitor we were met by someone who was robotic and didn’t care and was just doing her job. No personal touch. When I was enquiring and shopping around to find a solicitor Mov8 customer service was the best. I mean the best… follow up calls and emails etc… but once we decided to go ahead with them the relationship just died. Our solicitor just sent an email to us asking for docs.. no personal call to introduce herself and explain the process and what will happen. Nothing. We ignored this and felt it’s ok but when things were just left till thxx we last minute is when we lost it. Can you imagine not knowing whether you will move into your new home or not till noon the day you have to move out of your old home.

GoogleFrom start to finish, the Mov8 team handled the sale of our property and the purchase of our new property. The process was easy to understand, communication was quick and reliable, and everything was completed on the day expected. I had previously used a different estate agent and solicitor for a previous move and the experience was very poor and created a lot of additional stress for me. Any concerns I had going into the selling/ buying process again quickly dissipated. Thanks for a wonderful experience and helping us get into such a great property.

GoogleMOV8 helped us with conveyancing for our first property, the process was digital and the transaction was smooth. A few times throughout the process the communication could have been improved upon. It could be that because this was our first purchase that we didn't know what to expect however, they knew we were first time buyers, so perhaps could have answered our queries faster and been more responsive.

Scott from Mov8 recently carried out a video based valuation of our property along.The valuation was easily scheduled online. The video call took around 20-30 minutes and provided all the information we expected. We have used Mov8 in the past, who were great, so when it came to selling our home again, we didn't think twice.So glad we did, always avaliable on the phone to speak too or email, and always come back to you when they say, Haley & Natasha are great, I called all the time and I mean all the time lol, always helpful and have advice and reassurance when needed.When selling a home it's stressful enough, but using Mov8 I knew we were being looked after and it takes one less worry away.Thanks for your help, we will use again 😁👍

My experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. They have no understanding of what proactive service means, it’s always up to you to follow up. Even after explaining my situation repeatedly, they left everything until the last minute.

There is always someone on hand to deal with any questions that arise. If the usual contact is busy, whoever answers the phone seems to be up to date with what is going on with our sale. Questions get answered, problems are sensibly discussed, necessary action taken promptly. The whole process from marketing through the accepting the offer was made easy for us.
