Do not use this company. They are overpriced and unorganised. I sold my property through them. From my experience, they claim that they are open late during weekdays for our convenience but anytime you call after normal hours the people answering the phone can only take messages and not actually deal with queries regarding the sale of the property. When they came to discuss the sale of my property they were very sly and managed to get me to sign up to some additional costs which they deferred. Upon selling the house which took over a year using them I paid the final bill through the solicitor and thought the process was complete. I then received an email several months later after settling the final bill to say that I have an outstanding payment and they will take court action if I dont pay it, also claiming that they have contacted me numerous times via email which was not correct. The lady dealing with my sale was pleasant, however I would advice you to use other estate agent companies if you are selling your property, you will pay far less and receive a better service and im sure you won't receive threatning emails for outstanding bills you were not aware of that were added after you have settled your final bill. AVOID!

I phoned 4 times to arrange to view a flat and got absolutely no where. I was promised phone calls back.... heard nothing. Kept receiving automated emails about the home report but never received any actual human contact. Then I got a viewings email address. Emailed them to tell them about the lack of response I was having and the problems I was having with being able to arrange a booking and they emailed me back to tell me it had gone under offer. I had made contact with them on the first day of the property being listed for sale so I was very disappointed about this. Probably just were not interested as it was a low value property.

Gavin Donaldson - Wills My wife and I setup mirror wills with McEwan Fraser Legal (MFL), through their very generous NHS Staff offer. Originally I was skeptical, as one would usually be with any free or 'too good to be true' offers; however, I am glad to say this skepticism disappeared very quickly, with our experience with MFL being very favourable and extremely positive. MFL staff were friendly, polite, and courteous throughout. They took the time to provide explanations and offer reassurances, putting up with my daft questions, and supported us both through the process. Although most of our communication was via email, in which MFL staff replied in a timely manner, we did have one videocall meeting. Again, staff were helpful and reassuring, explaining the Will process clearly and concisely. I would heartily recommend MFL to anyone and hope the reassurances provided through this review will encourage others to use their services. MFL offer an excellent experience and it was an absolute pleasure doing business with them.
