GoogleI have used McDougall McQueen for a few legal transactions over the past 6 or so years....I've never been disappointed. Most recently I used them for a property purchase. My solicitor, Shannon, was exceptional. She was very clear with every interaction, proactive in her approach to ensure I was kept fully up to date and handled every question I had with a very polite, efficient and professional manner. I would recommend McDougall McQueen if you are looking for an approachable firm of solicitors. Aside from the above positive points, their prices are fair and service excellent.

All was going well with my sale till Covid19 struck and completion stalled. I was kept informed daily of the situation. After a tense week the sale was finally completed much my relief. The stress of moving house is completely removed with their system of work. A valuation from Angela then selling by Caroline to legal from Bobby and Olivia. Sold in under 2 weeks and a high price gained again with a successful completion. Even received an A.D.S. tax rebate in minutes from Olivia. GoogleDO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY AND (Graeme Kenneth Dunn Lindsay & Veronika Lindsay) IN ANY MEANS. I've been tormented by this solicitors and their clients for a good few weeks now. They have cause me great financial damage and these people should be ashamed of themselves. I cannot speak for all their clients they deal with, but if you have anything to do with Graeme Kenneth Dunn Lindsay and/or Veronika Lindsay I would steer clear from any business. And if these are their solicitors type of client I would not deal with these solicitors at all.

GoogleNot recommended if you have foreign funds while buying a property. We were initially told that it was no problem to have foreign funds and McDougall McQueen seemed very helpful in preparing the proof of our flow of funds from abroad. Then two days before the closing date of the property we were interested in they all of a sudden pulled out, citing that our funds where too much for them to deal with. We were communicating with them for more than two weeks, they knew about our composition of funds from the start and never mentioned this to us. Because of their poor communication we were unable to make an offer on the property that we were interested in.
