Was recommended them through miller home. When they phoned up the woman clearly stated that because they worked closely with Miller they would be able to offer it at a discount. Well I almost proceed but on a whim went onto a conveyancing comparison site and I was given another quote by Gilson Grey but this one was £600 cheaper. These people will say anything to get your money so I wouldn’t trust them

Her communication and the efficiency was absolutely outstanding and I cannot thank her enough for making this special time in my life even more exciting. GoogleI can't thank Arran and Lianne enough for their help with my flat purchase! They have always been very helpful, professional, and responded to all questions and queries very swiftly. They always cleared up any confusion or misunderstanding I might have had due to me not being familiar with the process of buying a flat in the UK. They even highlighted things which I missed or could have been detrimental to me. I would definitely use their services again!

I would like to add I was selling my home during the Xmas period and having a person like Abbie assisting me during the holiday's made the sale a lot easier during a already stressful period.

Mortgage broker recommended Gilson Gray to me for help with buying first home. I had read the reviews on here and was quite hesitant about using this law firm but I assumed my mortgage broker knows better than I. The solicitor who was assigned to me, Cheryl Edgar (North Berwick branch) has been nothing short of spectacular. Due to personal circumstances, I needed to arrange date of entry asap and I had my first phone call with Cheryl on 15 March and received keys to the new home on 20 April. She has been a godsend; answered every query (and I’m aware I was quite annoying as I triple checked everything) almost immediately and even responded to emails on a Sunday! Buying a first house is very stressful and I needed my solicitor to really just hold my hand and walk me through this complicated process and I feel that Cheryl was just that. Very professional and efficient, I cannot thank her enough. So if you’re having a bad experience with this firm then try to request Cheryl as your solicitor.
