We used Drummond Miller to apply for an eVisa / NTL on behalf of my wife (a Japanese National). The Drummond Miller appointed solicitor was professional, helpful, and responded to enquiries promptly. We received fixed costs quotations for the initial consultation and overall process. Our solicitor leveraged subject matter experts in Drummond Miller. This helped us navigate an arcane (and borderline incomprehensible) Home Office process. The outcome was a success. We were pleased that we choose to appoint Drummond Miller for our case. Lorna Hale and Alejandra Ruggeri from the Medical Negligence Team were so helpful and professional all the way through the case. GoogleThe solicitors David and Anna who helped us with our spouse visa application are great. They answered all our questions and concerns. David was excellent at reassuring my wife who was worried about not getting a visa. Anna put a lot of work on organising the paperwork for three application, she made sure it was correctly submitted on time. They both made what is a complicated procedure very straightforward. I would recommend obtains legal assistance and Drummond Miller are to of my list. I cannot recommend this firm enough.

GoogleLimited interactions with DM, but they were not the most professional outfit. Tried to arrange a house viewing: had to phone 3 times over 5 days; on each call I was promised a call-back that never occurred. On attempt 4 I finally got a viewing, only for said viewing to be cancelled and pushed back by 4 days; by that point the property had gone. I can only assume this was a momentary blip in their estate agent branch's quality of service.
Hi Thomas, I’m very sorry you feel our service wasn’t up to the level expected. We are experiencing a highly challenging period with regards to physical viewings at the present time due to Covid and the Self, Isolation period being so long which ruled out 3 members of staff at very short notice this week. That was the reason for the rescheduled appointment. In that same time frame, another party came forward who had already viewed the week before and made an offer (accepted).
