GoogleI was initially recommended Drummond Miller (specifically Carrie Burrows) by a close family member for a potential RTA claim and I could not be happier with the final outcome. Throughout the whole process, Carrie was professional, personable and conducted herself incredibly well. Going through the RTA claim, she took myself forward step-by-step and explained every stage clearly and in a way that was very easy to understand. Throughout the claim, she made a number of recommendations, each were very well laid out and all with my long-term health and wellbeing in mind. Overall, I could not be happier. GoogleI'd previously had some negative experiences with immigration lawyers and ended up successfully handling my fiancée visa and initial spouse visa application alone, but when it was time to extend my spouse visa, I had some questions I needed answering. I booked a consultation with Sarah Jack, which was genuinely valuable. (This was in stark contrast with some previous bad experiences with other firms.) I could likely have successfully filed the application myself with the information she gave me during the initial consultation, and she didn't pressure me to hire her for the whole process, but I ended up doing so because I was impressed by her knowledge and helpfulness. I'm so glad I did: it took a huge amount of stress off me, and the expense was offset by the fact that I could properly focus on my job instead of fretting. When I went to my BRP appointment, the UKVI employee who looked at my application actually commented on how well put together it was and said I must have lucked out with a good immigration lawyer. I'm planning to come back for any and all further applications!
