GoogleGood service throughout for the most part but I was very disappointed by the level of after care (or the complete lack of it). A few days after completing my property purchase I emailed a query which went completely unanswered. It feels like once you've paid them they don't seem to care.

GoogleI recently contact the head office for information about a complaint I took up with the Scottish law society . They ruled in my favour and that was it . No apologies for using a fake witness to sign paper work no apologie for the lawyer lying (who no is longer employed at Drummond miller) I was refused the name of the owner/owners .. theats of legal action if I release the video of a 8 min meeting at the cost of £200 from Drummond miller and there client The RMT . So avoid at all costs Facts matter . Rejected no further action but clearly lawyers can breach practise rules with no consequence . I've added this due to the replay from Drummond miller 1. The Reporter therefore takes the view that the solicitor did arguably breach at least Practice Rule B1.10 narrated above. However, on the evidence the Reporter considers that the solicitor’s misdemeanour is more by its nature evidence of a casual and sloppy approach to the Settlement Agreement’s execution rather than being deliberately deceitful or misleading. It is also clear to the Reporter that this was a single failure which had no effect whatsoever upon the complainer or the terms of the agreement. The Reporter believes that whilst the solicitor’s conduct was not of the standard which could reasonably be expected of a competent and reputable solicitor, in the particular circumstances of this case it falls short of unsatisfactory professional conduct and recommends that no further action be taken.
