TrustpilotHappy customer
It’s not a great experience getting a home report done as you do get a few home truths but that’s exactly what there there for. They arrived on time and I got my report on time couldn’t ask any more

The report was prompt and fair but its make up failed to address obvious failings like commenting on things you cannot see - floors where there was carpets with the excuse / reason they were not allowed to see the floor, same with bits they couldn't see - but it didn't stop them saying there could be problems. Felt it covered their back. Didn't give a balanced or straight overview.

TrustpilotAll on track from minute one
All on track from minute one, prompt and efficient service. We knew what was to happen and when. Face to face surveyor Alistair Seaton proved to be top class. He set our minds at ease and went about what he had to do efficiently and professionally. On a side point he was able to personalise the home review process. Follow up details all with us on time and as promised.

They sent the most incompetent person with two legs to do a survey, what a disaster he was, I would never use them again, next time I will call Mickey mouse, at least he has two brain cells and does not make up untruths to cover up his incompetence
