We used DJ Alexander for a flat sale in Glasgow. The level of professionalism and customer service was second to none. Our sale turned out to be trickier than we expected but both Ruth and Connor were excellent to deal with, knowledgeable and always prepared to go the extra mile to get to completion. I would thoroughly recommend this firm and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Excellent support and communication

From the minute our previous tenants gave notice to leave and our new tenants moved in, we felt supported by the end of tenancy team. Special mention to Alison McInnes, Elaine Thompson and Megan O’Boyle. Alison was always very prompt answering our numerous emails, providing really useful advice and guidance, taking us through the process without causing us stress. Was transferred from Tay letting when DJ Alexander acquired them. I was a little concerned but had no need. DJ A have provided a superb service dealing with a tricky tenant whilst helping me through a sales process. Downright rude email

We recently received an email out of the blue stating that their agent would be accessing our rental home on a certain date to carry out an inspection. Much in the same way the police might with a search warrant.The correct thing to do considering we are indirectly paying their fees, would be a courtesy email, requesting a convenient time for inspection. Stonehouse were terrible agents (to the point we had to communicate directly with our landlords about defects issues) , and it seems DJ Alexander wish to carry on the awful service in the same vein.

Finding a place to live and working with Paul was easy. Paul provided a very professional experience from start to finish. I sold my property with DJ Alexander in 5 days! It went on the market on Thursday, someone viewed on Saturday, offer in on Monday and accepted on Tuesday. Stephen lawson came over to my property prior to the deicision to sell. He walked me through the entire process from beginning to end and put me at complete ease from every angle. I resent giving 1 star but you have to press on a star to get the point of being able to write something. This agency does not operate on the basis of managing and looking after your properties. They will quickly fill your property with the worst type of tenant and take no responsibility when it all fails. They take days to provide feedback, if at all. There is no transparency and when they do engage on your feedback about poor service generally it’s a list of excuses and no action. There is a sprinkling of good people among them who work hard and I have no doubt that the only reason the lights are on. Very very poor. If you are a landlord and need property managed - Stay away at all costs.

Me and my flatmate just had the best…

Me and my flatmate just had the best experience with DJ Alexander. Nathan Eastwood help us a lot with getting us the flat we really wanted. I have a dog, so it’s not easy! We also had one viewing with Gemma-Louise and she was very helpful in answering all the questions regarding the flat we were seeing and other questions not related to the flat.There is just one thing that needs improving. When I was booking several viewings, it always asked me if I had a pet and I always selected that option and then mentioned the type of pet and breed. It still let me book the viewing and we had a few viewings where we were really disappointed to hear that dogs weren’t allowed at all.
