GoogleWe experienced outstanding service from all the staff at Connor Malcolm for both selling and buying. They were incredibly friendly, professional and available when needed. The legal details were sorted at an early stage which meant that our sale went through smoothly. The property team were very proactive in marketing our house and negotiating on our behalf. Felt in very safe hands throughout and would highly recommend.

GoogleWould thoroughly recommend Connor Malcolm. Used them for a recent property purchase. Can't fault the customer experience. Was expertly guided through the process by Scott and all legal terms and conditions explained in a simple manner. Great attention from them and reasonably priced. GoogleThis business cannot be trusted. They have destroyed the dream of a young couple buying their first property together 2 days before Christmas, in an underhand and despicable way. Avoid doing business with this unprofessional, dishonest company.

Karen. I am sorry to hear this. Your review is so different from all others. Can you please email me at scott.brown@connormalcolm.com with details of the property in question and also a contact number so that I can review this and revert. I am aware of one transaction where we received instructions from our client to withdraw (and Law Society of Scotland rules dictate we must do so) and in that particular case the purchasing solicitor had numerous opportunities to revert but declined to do so. If you can email me some information and a contact number then I will look at it in the coming days and contact you. We strive to do our best in every case but cannot be responsible for the actions of our clients, particularly where deadlines are set and ignored. Send me the info and I will try to assist. They communicated with us regularly and effectively throughout the whole process. We were always able to get through to someone on the phone to answer queries and emails were answered to promptly.
