GoogleConnor Malcolm were brilliant right from the start. The advice we got from both the Estate Agent and the solicitor was spot on and helped to make both buying and selling less stressful. All the staff members we had contact with were friendly, attentive, responded really quickly to any questions and absolutely knew their stuff. GoogleWe have used Connor Malcolm and Scott Brown in particular for our very first home purchase in Scotland. Moving from the Netherlands, there is a lot of things to keep in mind and Scott helped us through all the relevant steps, making things look easy along the way. I would highly recommend Connor Malcolm and would surely use them again in the future!

GoogleAbsolutely abysmal. This firm turned my first house purchase into a nightmare. Slapdash emails, slow responses and - most importantly - terrible advice. Five years of hell later and I have finally been financially compensated, but not without stress and a dumbfounding lack of respect. I wouldn’t trust Connor Malcolm with my pint let alone my primary asset. Avoid like Ebola.

GoogleWe have used several lawyers in Edinburgh in the past and Connor Malcolm are the practice we prefer by far. Very efficient during buying and selling our properties and making it a breeze for our son to get onto the property ladder. Kept us fully informed throughout and took away any stress during the whole process. Would highly recommend them.

GoogleAvoid this company at all cost!!! Absolutely a nightmare dealing with them, they made the whole purchasing process unnecessarily complicated due to their lack of knowledge and bad time management (you think solicitors know what they are doing? Not this company!). They have totally turned my excitement of buying a new home to an extremely stressful experience. I consulted a couple of other companies later on just to find out if it was suppose to be difficult like that, only to find out it was them not handling things properly. It is shocking how UNPROFESSIONAL they are yet they are practising!

GoogleCharged me more than what they have quoted! surely they need to let me know before hand if the fee is different from what they have told me before??? Apparently they are expert of finding all sorts of excuses to increase the fee, and threatened not to allow me access to the property! Terrible dishonest company! I noticed the last two good reviews are done quickly after a negative review, clearly these are fake good reviews trying to cover a bad review, there will possibly be some good reviews after this one. Simply do not fall for this, find a decent solicitor to do the job for you, or you will deeply regret!
