Having sold hundreds of flats over the years professionally and many of our own, I was hesitant to use a new solicitor for marketing our properties. We tested Connor Malcolm with a small sale which went very smoothly, being under offer within 4 days, then another small flat, again, being offer within 3 days this time. The process from marketing, to conyevancing has been first class. The key stand out is communication, from the buyer leads to the legal process, we were kept in the loop at all times and updated. Connor Malcolm were an incredible firm to work with throughout the process of my partner and I purchasing our first home. We were completely new to the whole thing, and had lots of questions about the way house buying works in Scotland, and lots of more general queries throughout. All our questions were answered patiently and thoroughly, with great communication throughout the weeks of offers & conveyancing. Specifically, Erin was our initial point of contact who guided us through the earlier stages, and Karen was our solicitor for getting all the contracts sorted. They couldn't have been nicer or more helpful, and we're forever grateful for their work and demeanour throughout. For all the support and efficiency, the price felt very fair, and we wouldn't hesitate to use this firm again for any future legal needs. In summary, pretty much perfect in my opinion!
