GoogleFirst class facilities and service. Quick and simple(ish) process to get started and get access to your storage unit. Grace did a great job guiding me through the forms (and there are a few) and explaining the key T&Cs carefully. Everything now safely stored

GoogleThe place is OK. It misses a ramp for Luton Vans and also the alarm system is triggered on too many occasions. Last there is only one size of trollies that does not compare favourably with peers.

GoogleWish I could give 0 stars. Poor service. We cleared our unit and because there were no staff on duty to tell that the unit was empty we were charged storage until WE called them to advise.
