The issues which Mark raised were resolved and his mother is now very happy in the property. At no point did we make false promises and all jobs were in hand. Mark apologised to me at the check in and I agreed that we had gotten off on the wrong foot.

Hello Anya, I have tried to contact you directly regardinng this review which I do feel is harsh. You left a guitar in the property at check out which we flagged to you. Your property manager then arranged to meet you at the property for you to collect this item at a later date and you did not show up. Normally once a tenancy has ended you cannot get access to the property but the property manager was tryig to help you out. The property manager unfortunately tripped over the guitar when they were in the property waiting on you, resulting in their glasses being broken, a gash on their face and a dislocated shoulder. They had to go to A&E to receive immediate medical attention and then had to take time off work. Unfortunately the cleaners attended the property when the property manager was off sick and removed the guitar which was broken during the accident. I am very sorry that any of this happened but I cannot see how this very unfortunate incident shouuld merit you giving us only a two star rating when we have actually gone out of our way to try to help you.
