GoogleWe have been liaising (from our current home in Sydney) with Claire from Albany Lettings. She has been courteous, helpful and thoughtful far above and beyond what is to be expected from her. Claire has communicated clearly and regularly, patiently answered questions and allowed for our time zone differences as well as banking transactions. She has done her best to assist us at this stressful time of moving countries and we are thankful for her thoroughness.

GoogleI moved to a new flat mid of January 2021 and contacted Albany as they had the flat advertised. My experience with the staff has been quite positive as they have been quite professional and efficient. Also, I had some issues once I moved in but they have been always responsive with all my queries and concerns. Overall, I am quite happy with their service.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleI couldn't recommend Albany Lettings enough. My son rented through Albany for a year as a student in Edinburgh. He had his deposit returned in full and said all the staff were extremely helpful, they provided a detailed inventory and advise on how to get his deposit back in full. He said Jamie in particular was very helpful especially when they had an issue with their boiler. Thank you.
