Used Aberdein Considine for when we moved into a new build for both purchase of the new house and sale of our old one. Really pleased with the service we received - everything was explained to us with total clarity any and all queries were responded to promptly. Everyone was incredibly friendly and we felt listened to. Would definitely recommend

I got good, honest and accurate advice from Greig and I'm glad I asked him for help. He had helped me before with a previous mortgage so I knew he could get me a good deal. He went through all the possible mortgages and I got the best I could at this time due to financial circumstances.

Used Westhill Branch a couple of times and both time cannot speak highly enough of the whole team. Extremely informative and forthcoming will information in a prompt way and no question too silly. If I was ever to buy/sell a property again I would be straight on the phone to the Westhill team. Huge thank you guys!

Gary at the Inverurie branch (and everyone else there too!) was great helping us to buy our dream property, and cope with unsuccessful previous attempts. Absolutely faultless service and everything explained clearly to someone not familiar with Scottish property law. Icing on the cake was a 9.15am call to say we could get the keys!! We've found our go-too firm for sure.

Excellent service from all involved. Property organised to be put on the market and sold in less than 2 weeks!The estate agents dealt with all queries, organised all viewings, and dealt with notes of interest and offers at the closing date. No complaints and would definitely recommend.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Currently completing a straight forward re-mortgage with this company. It was supposed to complete one week ago, no sign of completion. Tried calling, no answer. Tried emailing everyday, no response. A complete shambles of a company with zero customer service! If your lender have placed you with this company ask to change solicitors to save the stress.

Would use again and will highly recommend to my friends. Based on other reviews their remortgage team don’t seem great but for anything else give them a go!

Very helpful staff. I've now used them for three transactions and have been very satisfied every time. The solicitors were thorough, active in their communication and very helpful in their advice. The fees were competitive and, given the far superior service compared to others I have used, were good value for money.Would definitely use again.

I used Aberdein Considine for both my Solicitor and Mortgage Advisor for the purchase of m y first property, all staff involved were great and prompt with communicating to me. Would highly recommend both the Mortgage and Legal team to anyone, and as both teams work closely together makes the process a lot easier for first time buyers.

Our Remortgage completed finally! via Aberdein Considine and was a very unprofessional and shockingly bad service from start to finish. Both very surprised at the mistakes being made from what we thought was a well respected and professional Solicitors service. Please be very careful when looking for legal services, and listen to friends and family as choosing the wrong firm is a very stressful and frustrating waste of time and energy. Stay away!
