Utterly shocking, delayed my house sale. Did not answer voicemails e-mails. Were rude when anyone managed to get through. This firm are obviously not capable of doing the work they are charging for. A complaint is on the way to the law society .

These people are absolute scum. They robbed my Parent's estate and handed control of it to an estranged sister. Ryan Fox, the Partner, is one of the most dishonest individuals I have ever encountered.They achieved an illegal eviction of myself by lying to a court that they had paid all the bills. I am still trying to obtain the £1800 they effectively stole.AVOID THIS DISGUSTING COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE.

We were supposed to complete on the 5th but the funds didn't arrive in time and they didn't tell me so the completion got delayed until the 8th. My biggest issue with AC is that each time i called i talked to a different person and their and they would promise to follow up / send me an email but most times didn't. A single person of contact would have helped a great deal.

A simple remortgage has turned into a fiasco. The lender appointed solicitors have clearly taken on too much and rely in the main on 'trainee' paralegals to carry out the bulk of the work. In my case the fees were paid by the new lender but in all honesty the service has been shockingly poor. As yet still no reply after numerous chasing phone calls, talking to 'Ben' (Apparently a Manager), emailing, my broker intervening, and even a request from the Lender. A classic example of a 'pile it high, sell it cheap' offering, I will avoid going forward.Oh, and still waiting!Update - 20th February and still waiting!!

Trust me!!! They do not care..Nat west chose them to be a default conveyancer and it became nightmare for me. for 2 months they had all the documents still not decided to start work until Last day when my existing lenders deal finishes. Now they will not complete on time and it will cost me with higher interests rates. Next email to legal ombudsman. Hopefully they will care.

If your mortgage lender offers you this company to do the legals DONT USE THEM! Totally incompetent. Cost me over £200 because they got the completion date wrong. I had to constantly chase them, waiting in 30 minute telephone queues. When I raised a complaint in early May 2022, I heard nothing and it’s now 27th June. Appalling company that ont deserve a license to practice!

Poor communication during remortgaging process. Impossible to reach anybody on email (nobody responds - just get auto responders). Phone lines are barely staffed and it take ages to get through. Seemingly staffed by trainees with limited knowledge.They missed my completion date even though they had all details for weeks. Now paying higher variable rate with original lender - thanks very much.

Brilliant service from Aberdein Considine from beginning to end; from Kelly Ann Hay’s stellar work and advice as valuer, the marketing, through to the legal and conveyancing work. Nothing was too much trouble and they had our property under offer within five days! Do yourself a favour and go with the best if you want your property sold. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

Worst company I ever used when buying a house. Their solicitor was IGNORANT, RUDE and did everything possible to avoid doing any work for me. He kept blaming the sellers agents and REFUSED TO FINALISE UNTIL HE WAS PAID FOR HIS SERVICES FIRST. only when I threatened to contact his head office and make a complaint that he finally got his finger out and did his job. I wish I could name and shame him.AVOID THIS COMPANY.
