Yet more incompetence! Sent back hard copies, the relevant properties stapled together to avoid confusion (you would of thought). All in one envelope.Rang to chase and they’ve said they’ve received some but not all the documents!! The documents stapled together and all in the same envelope.More delays! Will be complaining to the leader regarding their choice of solicitor.

Fantastic, stress free experience which was much appreciated as I was selling a property in Edinburgh whilst based in London. I can't rate Aberdein Considine highly enough. Efficient, experienced and enthusiastic. From initial discussions with Kirsty, to correspondence with with Kelsey and Dawn then excellent updates and advice from Jamie.

Absolutely awful company - STAY AWAY.Constant heating and hot water problems throughout the year and slow response times to fixing the issues. When there was a major plumbing issue it took them about a week to send someone round to fix it.When it came to ending the tenancy they charged us an extra month's rent because we didn't 'officially' end the contract by emailing them.And just to top it all off they charged me £10 (let me repeat: TEN POUNDS) because I lost a tiny bit of laminated paper attached to a keychain.I hope this company dies in a hellfire.

Karen & Dyce sales team were very proactive making sale preparations/advertising & viewings as effortless for us as they could ever have been. Katie and Thomas (Legal side) also superb, with a last minute (and worrying) ‘deeds’ adjustment handled swiftly. This is why my family have used Aberdein Considine Dyce for 40 years.

We have moved several times now and I can honestly say that this is the best branch we have ever dealt with. They were punctual, friendly, helpful, and professional. I have given them 5 stars as they have taken the pressure off us immensely when moving house is already a stressful time. I would recommend them, and special praise to Jessica, and Greig for being brilliant.

Avoid at all costs. They have taken 3 months to organise a transfer of equity, and its still not done. They are uncontactable by phone and never reply to emails. I have basically done all the work for them, completed the transfer completed a week ago, and they have still not transfered the money. If i'd know Nat west would be appointing them I would have changed provider.

GoogleI used these guys to sell my flat last year. They were the only people who offered a sensible price and the representative who came to see me was by far the most knowledgeable. The whole experience was excellent, even the choice of photographer they used! I cannot recommend AC enough.

The entire process of getting the property on the market then subsequently sold very quickly was fantastic, then also doing great work on the property purchase getting that over the line was also fantastic. All steps throughout were well explained and the team all round couldn’t do enough to help. Highly recommend.

Upsettingly they lost our marriage certificate. It was requested as part of a remortgage which I queried as I have never had to provide evidence of change of name for a mortgage application before. They confirmed that they did indeed need it to complete the process. When I reported that it had not been returned they denied it was ever received even though it was sent with a number of other documents which they confirmed receipt of. Following my complaint they told me that they hadn’t needed it in the first place so it was requested unnecessarily, and in a slap dash manner discarded. This was an original 30year old certificate of significant sentimental value. The replacement copy is a flimsy, blurry, scanned piece of cheap paper. I now wish I had used our trusted local solicitor and not this firm chosen by the lender. Lesson learned.
