Extremely knowledgeable and friendly team! Expertise and experience was evident when didn’t get given a near by sold price. The photographer was amazing, a lot of time and dedication. And the software for floor plan walk through is very competitive.Finally, in my purchasing experience, communication was extremely professional and knowledgeable.

HORRIFIC SERVICE. Wouldn't use again if someone paid me to! Paperwork indecipherable with no guidance, helpline suppled just rang out for a whole week, spoke to a manager on the phone finally asking for help and she was so angry, rude and patronising. I am currently making a formal complaint about the entire experience.

Absolutely abysmal service and no regard for their client. A simple remortgage process has taken them months, and when emailed (as they will not answer the phone), instead of admitting they dropped the ball and apologising, spend an age composing emails deflecting all blame. Wouldn't wish these lot on my worst enemy.

Pretty consistently poor in all regards. To contact them is very tricky, as phone lines either are not checked or ring through. Email communication is very poor as emails sent are not read or filed leaving cases permanently on hold. I couldn't recommend any aspect of this company at present.
