I chose Aberden Conserdine to market my mum's plot of land as I walk past it every day and it was handy for my work. I am so glad I did Stephen and his staff were great, they were so supportive as this was part of mum's estate. Their marketing was perfect and very quickly there was plenty of offers made, the plot was sold within 2 weeks. Their communication is great they kept me up to date daily on the progress. Unfortunately the sale fell through and immediately Stephen had it re marketed that day and it was sold within the week. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone

It was a pleasure to deal with Devon, Valtemes, Alannah, Zoe and all the team! I was recommended by a friend who had had Krysia as her mortgage advisor. We already had an advisor, but were looking for solicitors, and they were all amazing! Extremelly knowledgeable, patient and very quick. The process of buying a house was very smooth, we were kept on the loop all the way. Being foreigner and a first-time buyer, I was extremely stressed, and they were amazing. I cannot recommend them enough!

He was constantly on hand and available for advice and was always able to evidence why that advice was given. He was exceptionally good at phoning around on my behalf which made me feel genuinely valued. Once the property was on the market the communication from the ladies in the office was fabulous. We payed our bill of 300 using the matter number and link they told us to use. They now emailed to say they cant find it. They asked how much we paid. How would they not know how much when its their bill? Awful communication and completely unprofessional. We have proof where and when we sent this money so pretty sure its a them problem if their cashier cant find it using the link and matter number THEY provided. Never dealt with such an unprofessional solicitor. This has completely ruined my weekend and stressed me out no end. We will not be paying twice so they can find it!Not our problem.

I have used Aberdein Co siebie on a couple of occasions. We have rented a flat from them (everything was great) and we have used the service of a financial advisor, Nikki Christie. Nikki has proved herself to be extremely knowledgeable. We had two advisors, the other (from Firat Mortgage) made a mistake and advised us incorrectly. If we had listened to him we wouldn’t have been able to buy a house as he suggested we would need a 25% deposit, which was beyond our capabilities. Nikki said we would only need 10%. It was hard for us to trust one advisor over another but we decided to trust her as she had so much knowledge about mortgages and all the available lenders. It has turned out that the bank indeed required only 10% and we now have a valid mortgage offer from Halifax. I recommend her service to non-British people like us as there are additional conditions to be taken into consideration and the number of lenders is very limited when one does not have a settlement. She was proficient in this and advised us well. We are also thinking of contracting Aberdein Considine to sell our current property - they might not be the cheapest but I believe they are the best.
