Very positive experience selling with Aberdein Considine.They’re incredibly responsive and supportive, we reached out online to them and a number of other solicitors on a Friday evening about selling our house in Musselburgh. Aberdein Considine came straight back to us by phone on Saturday morning, some other organisations we had to chase to get a response after almost two weeks.On assessing our home for an estimated value, Aberdein took the time to get to know us and understand the property.We took some time to decide if we were ready to go on the market, while it felt like some other firms were pressuring us to progress, Aberdein Considine reiterated that they were there for us when we were ready and reassured us it was ok to take our time.Their fees were transparent and well explained, the final stages were very smooth and the team easy to speak with. The Elm Row office being open on Saturday morning also gave us more flexibility with handing over keys in advance which took a lot of stress away from moving day.We wouldn’t hesitate recommending Aberdein Considine to friends and family and would certainly look to work with them in the future. Absolutely brilliant service

Absolutely brilliant service. Mortgage advisor Karen was superb, my personal circumstances didn't make finding me a mortgage easy but she did! Always in touch and kept me informed. Girls in Peterhead office fantastic aswell, I was selling aswell as buying so it was a bit difficult but they were really friendly and helpful. Nothing too much trouble. Certainly wouldn't go anywhere else if selling/buying again.

I highly recommend Aberdein Considine in Byres Road. During the sales process Matt gave expert advice, was very professional, efficient and extremely helpful. He was always available to answer any questions and assist in any way, making the whole experience easy. i thought the communication was initially good however towards the end the communication reduced and i didnt think they were great at all, no update on the sellers situation and when it changed w did not find out straight away, we had to chase for information, on the day of settlement , we were advised that the keys were ready to collect, we arrived and were told that we had to go to another solicitors to collect, when we got there we were told by them that they didnt have the keys and did we want to get the sellers numbers etc, no we didnt , we just wanted the keys quickly as we had hired moving vehicles due to being told the keys were available. overall would not recommend

I am a current client of Aberdein Considine. The customer service is awful. I am going through a simple remortgage that they were instructed on back in January. no body answers the phone. It just rings out. instant message agents are unhelpful. Email is the only form of contact that I have been given with no success. I would not recommend that anyone use them at all.
