Finlay, Dawn and Alana were so supportive taking the stress away from the process, and their confidence was reassuring. A real surprise to see this company rating as only 4 stars. Our experience was very positive, was a very slick process and was cost effective. This business is clearly a team with a lot of experience which ultimately resulted in an introduction to the company through to property sale in less than 4 weeks with every “t” crossed and “i” dotted along the way. I cannot fault this branch at all. From the very start of our journey looking for a property Sheena, Danielle and Stevie were all exceptional. It took us a whole year to find a property and not once did the support waiver. Danielle in particular had many a phone call, email and tears and was always her helpful happy self. Highly recommend

They helped me find a house, then when I moved to Germany I use their service to rent the property and finally sell it. These solicitors are great, even when something did not work with property maintenance, like during Covid, they were always happy to listen and recognise the problems. MISSING £200000.00 - was released 10days ago by the building society. Sent a cheque after 9 days but told me it had been sent 8 days earlier however date on cheque said otherwise so this was a lie. In the meantime I had called and paid for the money to be transferred immediately - 3 days later - still waiting! Holding onto a clients money is illegal.When I spoke with a manager he was exceptionally rude and refused to apologise even for the lack of not responding to any emails throughout this application - just rude and unprofessional. There is no need for such appalling treatment.

Great service from very helpful staff. Bought and sold property and had a few issues but these were resolved speedily by all at the branch. Douglas, Susan and Alison were able to sort out any issues and were very efficient with all communication. Felt like we were kept involved in decisions and our opinions were listened to.

We rented a flat from Aberdein Considine and it was a nightmare. Everything seemed fine for the first month. We started to have a major mould issue, that was causing health issues. We understood it was a pandemic, however this was a major repair. There was a lack of communication from Aberdein Considine and many attempts to avoid repairing the issue. It took moving out before they start to repair a different issue. I would not recommend renting from this agency.
