I would give zero stars if I could but it wasn’t an option! Terrible customer service, they ignore emails don’t deal with your issues and leave you out of pocket!I remortgaged using them and I have asked for login details and the balance owed to me and still they won’t deal with my issues. Appalling service and I’d never recommend them even if they were the only agents in the world! Avoid at all costs

I would highly recommend Aberdein Considine. They have been very easy to deal with, extremely helpful and communication is outstanding. It has certainly made the process of selling my flat much easier. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and happy to help. Especially, Alison who has been great at keeping me updated, explained everything clearly and has just been lovely to deal with throughout. I would definitely use their service again in the future.

I chose Aberden Conserdine to market my mum's plot of land as I walk past it every day and it was handy for my work. I am so glad I did Stephen and his staff were great, they were so supportive as this was part of mum's estate. Their marketing was perfect and very quickly there was plenty of offers made, the plot was sold within 2 weeks. Their communication is great they kept me up to date daily on the progress. Unfortunately the sale fell through and immediately Stephen had it re marketed that day and it was sold within the week. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone

It was a pleasure to deal with Devon, Valtemes, Alannah, Zoe and all the team! I was recommended by a friend who had had Krysia as her mortgage advisor. We already had an advisor, but were looking for solicitors, and they were all amazing! Extremelly knowledgeable, patient and very quick. The process of buying a house was very smooth, we were kept on the loop all the way. Being foreigner and a first-time buyer, I was extremely stressed, and they were amazing. I cannot recommend them enough!

In my recent experience with this company I felt I had first class service. Stephen Simpson, branch manager, guided me carefully through all the steps. He was constantly on hand and available for advice and was always able to evidence why that advice was given. He was exceptionally good at phoning around on my behalf which made me feel genuinely valued. Once the property was on the market the communication from the ladies in the office was fabulous. I was very impressed at just how organised, communicative and enthusiastic they ALL were. A very friendly and professional service.

GoogleUnfortunately I had the worst experience with Aberdein Considine. I experienced a lot of delays (months) which mostly went unexplained and my complaints have been ignored throughout the process. It is really sad as I chose them due to all the good reviews. Not a service I would expect in a professional environment.

I required a short term flat rental to give me an opportunity to look at purchasing a house in Edinburgh. I found the process of organising and paying for my rental smooth & efficient. The flat itself was ideal and had everything I required. The instruction for entrance and exit precise & clear and when the TV did not work it was repaired quickly by the maintenance team.I would use the company again should I require a further short term let

Turn around time was great, from being marketed, viewings booked in, feedback given by the team and tenant secured all within two weeks. We have used the westhill office for selling and buying before and wouldn’t go anywhere else for any of these services!

We payed our bill of 300 using the matter number and link they told us to use. They now emailed to say they cant find it. They asked how much we paid. How would they not know how much when its their bill? Awful communication and completely unprofessional. We have proof where and when we sent this money so pretty sure its a them problem if their cashier cant find it using the link and matter number THEY provided. Never dealt with such an unprofessional solicitor. This has completely ruined my weekend and stressed me out no end. We will not be paying twice so they can find it!Not our problem.
