The team gave me sensible and professional advice about the market, presented the flat attractively, organised a large number of viewings in quick succession and helped me secure an attractive offer very quickly. Once accepted, they kept me informed about the progress of the sale and we completed on time. I was impressed with their knowledge and professionalism throughout, combined with their friendly nature and approachability. I’ve been through the conveyancing process several times, and it’s usually been frustrating, slow, and marked by poor communication. This time, however, was completely different. The process with Aberdein Considine, handled by Gavin, was seamless and efficient. I was kept informed at every stage, without the need to chase for updates. It was a refreshing change from my past experiences, and I highly recommend them for anyone looking for a smooth conveyancing process.

With having to sell property for an elderly relative having to go into a nursing home, I was at a loss to where I should begin & as the relative's existing solicitor made it so hard to get the process started, decided to try AC after being recommended by a friend. I started with an informal online chat which led them to arrange a visit of the property to discuss price & options & also visit this relative at care home, I cannot recommend & thank Aberdein Considine enough! All the team were exceptional in guiding me through the whole process which led to a very surprising quick sale!!
